Community Guidelines

Comedy Battle is a place to be funny, not cruel. Comedy can be edgy, absurd, dark and weird. It cannot be used to hurt real people.

Not allowed

• Targeted harassment or bullying of real people, including other members.

• Hate speech, slurs, or content that demeans people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics.

• Credible threats, or content that glorifies or encourages violence.

• Explicit sexual content or sexual content involving minors in any form.

• Doxxing: sharing anyone's private information, including phone numbers, addresses, or workplaces.

• Spam, advertising, link-dumping, or bot activity.

• Illegal content of any kind.

• Stolen material presented as your own original work.

How we enforce this

Anyone can report a joke or a user from the more menu. Reports go to our moderation team. Jokes that break these rules are removed and their points are forfeited. Repeat or serious violations lead to suspension or permanent removal of the account.

You can also block any user. Blocked users disappear from your feed, your battles, and your leaderboard.

Fair play

Votes, reactions, and Comedy Score are calculated on our servers. Attempts to manipulate battles, use multiple accounts, or automate voting result in removal.
